Chardae Jones
Case Manager
My name is Ms. Jones, and I serve as a case manager with CIG. I come from a background in education, where I worked as a teacher for five years. During that time, I had the opportunity to teach both elementary and middle school students. My experience in education was both rewarding and challenging, and it allowed me to develop strong communication, problem-solving, and supportive skills while working with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
My work as an educator taught me the importance of patience, empathy, and maintaining an open mind when supporting others. These experiences have prepared me for the opportunity to now work with adults within CIG’s treatment center. My goal is to provide clients with support as they work toward personal progress and abstinence from substance use.
I believe in meeting clients where they are in their journey and offering encouragement, understanding, and guidance as they work toward positive change. Supporting individuals in their growth and helping them recognize their strengths has always been important to me. I am grateful for the opportunity to continue learning and growing while also using my current skills to support others.
Currently, I am pursuing my master’s degree to become a Licensed Professional Counselor.

Kathy Bartlett, CPRS
Kathy Catrice is the name my “parents” gave me, but Ms. Kat is who I choose to be. I’ve never been one to fit in with the crowd, and for most of my life I’ve struggled with addiction, trauma, and not feeling like I belonged anywhere. Today, I am four years in recovery, and recovery has completely changed the way I see myself and my purpose in this world. What once felt like my darkest struggle has become the foundation for helping others find hope and healing in their own lives.
I am a CPRS, just weeks away from becoming an RPRS, and I work with individuals in different stages of recovery. My lived experience allows me to connect with people in a real and honest way while helping them navigate their own path forward. Recovery taught me how to face my truth, believe in myself, and finally feel as if life is worth living.
Today, I’ve found my people, my passion, and my calling.
